When you submit a lead (save a car, request pricing, or request a test drive), you authorize the relevant dealership to contact you by phone call and text message — including by automated or prerecorded/AI means — at the number you provide, about that vehicle and related offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Vehicle details, availability, and pricing shown in Revvd come from dealership feeds and may not always be current or error-free. Always confirm details, pricing, and availability directly with the dealership. Listings are informational and are not an offer or contract.
You're responsible for the phone number you use to sign in and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and keep your device secure.
Don't misuse the app — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Revvd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revvd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any interaction with a dealership.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
