This Privacy Policy explains how Revvd ("Revvd," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our app to browse vehicle inventory and connect with local dealerships.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide — your name and mobile phone number (and email, if you add one).
• Your activity — cars you save to your Garage, test-drive and pricing requests, and your search filters (vehicle type, budget, mileage, location and radius).
• Device information — a device identifier and basic usage/analytics data used to operate and improve the app.

How we use your information

• To show you relevant inventory and remember your search.
• To connect you with a dealership when you submit a lead (a saved car, pricing request, or test-drive request).
• To send you login codes and service messages, and to operate, secure, and improve Revvd.

How we share your information

• With dealerships — when you submit a lead, we share your contact details and the vehicle of interest with the relevant dealership so they can follow up with you.
• With service providers — vendors who help us run the app (for example, hosting and text-message delivery), under obligations to protect your information.
• We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / text messaging

When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Revvd at that number, including one-time verification (login) codes and account or service messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using Revvd.

• Message frequency varies — for example, you receive a verification code each time you sign in.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Revvd text; reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.
• We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. When you submit a lead (a pricing or test-drive request), the contact details you provide are shared only with the specific dealership you asked us to connect you with, at your request.

Analytics & advertising

We use third-party analytics and advertising tools to understand how the app is used and to measure and improve our marketing. These include Google Analytics (GA4), the TikTok Pixel and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage and device information — such as pages viewed, actions taken, and general location — so we can see how visitors find and use Revvd and how our ads perform. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your device settings, your TikTok settings, and your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences.

Your choices

• Text messages — reply STOP to any dealer or Revvd text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
• Delete your account — in the app, open Settings and choose "Delete my account" to remove your login, saved cars, and search.
• Contact us to access or correct your information (see below).

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, though no system is completely secure.
